Friction mode
Opening a monitored app during risk hours brings up a pause screen first. You can still get through — tap Continue anyway, wait a few seconds, and tap again — but that small gap is often all it takes for the impulse to pass.
For iPhone
Curfew is self-directed screen-time blocking for late-night impulse control. Pick the apps that get you after dark — food delivery, usually — set your risk hours, and Curfew steps in before the 1 a.m. order does.

For the nights you know you'll bargain with yourself. Monitored apps are fully blocked until your risk hours end, with no override.
Curfew counts the nights in a row you made it through your risk hours without opening a monitored app, and keeps your best streak alongside it.
Blocking runs on your iPhone through Apple's Screen Time framework (Family Controls). You choose apps with Apple's own picker, which keeps your selection private to your device — Curfew never sees which apps you picked.
Choose the apps that tend to win late at night — delivery apps, or anything else.
Tell Curfew when you're most vulnerable, like 10 PM to 4 AM.
A gentle pause with Friction, or a full stop with Hard Block. Change it any time.
